The role of a mentor in the life of a child is critical to their healthy development. What better mentor than the artist to help youth see life and all its wonder through new eyes, while at the same time imparting new skills to navigate every turn. We need artists of all types: poets, painters, photographers, storytellers, print makers, quilters, dancers, filmmakers, actors, designers, etc. If you are a skilled fine or performing artist who desires to help young people discover new ways of learning, communicating, working and behaving, we would like to meet with you to talk about how you could be a part of cultivating a community.
