Living Arts is accepting proposals for a Nonprofit Financial Strategy Consultant to it develop a comprehensive, strategic financial plan to be able to scale and replicate services appropriately to make a greater impact for more Detroit-based children, while also ensuring sustainable programmatic development.
Living Arts is hiring a full-time Program Manager - Early Learning for our Detroit Wolf Trap (DWT) program. The Program Manager will work with the Living Arts Program Team to develop, implement, evaluate, and market relevant and exceptional arts education programs in Detroit early learning centers and community settings.

To that end, we provide exceptional and relevant youth arts education programs led by professional artists that engage and inspire youth, families and teachers in Early Learning, K-12 Classrooms, and at our Out-of-School Arts location in Southwest Detroit.
Detroit Wolf Trap
As the Detroit Affiliate of the Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning Through the Arts, Living Arts’ brings arts education to Head Starts, pre-school classes and the community for youth 3 months to 5 years.
Youth Classes + Workshops
We offer a wide array of after school classes and workshops in dance, visual art, video animation & production, digital music and open studios for teens. No one is turned away for inability to pay, as we offer discounts and scholarships for those in need.
Our teaching artists take arts-infused education to schools K-12 in Metro Detroit, supporting the core curriculum and training teachers to utilize the arts in the classroom.
We bring the best of our students’ work and present professional Detroit artists to the community! Our events, such as our popular performance series Teatro Chico, regularly offer a hands-on art experience.
