detroit wolf trap program manager

Sicily McRaven is a child of the midwest, living mostly between Detroit, Nebraska, and Ohio before the age of 20.  Sicily graduated in 2011 from Wayne State's dual degree program Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Education and a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Fiber Arts and a minor in Social Sciences.  She has been working in community arts for the past ten years, as an advocate for creative communication and visual arts.  Most of her personal artwork is inspired by an absolute awe of growth and development found in the natural world. Her hope is to bring that energy to provide structured growth and development in for the youngest learners at Living Arts in the upcoming years.
